ROCKLAND, Maine — A 29-year-old Rockland man was charged Saturday night after returning to the scene of a crime, according to police.
Olger Bicaj was charged with theft, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, according to Rockland Deputy Police Chief Wally Tower.
According to police, Bicaj had been seen on a video tape breaking into J&J Lobster in Rockland, but he left before being apprehended. Bicaj returned that night, however, when he believed that all the employees had left, Tower said. Employees were there, however, and held Bicaj until officers arrived.
