In Loving Memory Of
MAYNARD M. MILLER
Oct 9, 1908 – Mar 30, 1977
In loving memory of our dad and grandfather, great-grandfather, we miss you very much and thank you for your service to this country.
Staff Sgt. Miller served in World War II with the Military Police in the US Army and during many campaigns was assigned to secure and supervise German prisoners of war being escorted back to the United States on transport ships.
We miss your wonderful baritone voice and sense of humor.
Maynard (nicknamed “Kitty”) was part of an award winning barbershop quartet called the “Old Timers” that won the State of Maine Barbershop Quartet competition held in Bangor in 1945.
Thank-you for all the fishing trips you took us on to the Tobique and teaching us how to drive standard on the old 52 Willys Jeep we shall never forget !
May you rest in blessed peace~
Your loving family ~
