BATH, Maine — A local man was arrested Monday on Charles Street and charged with Class B felony trafficking in Vicodin.

Michael J. Graffam, 30, of Bath remained at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset on Thursday, held on $200 cash bail, according to a jail administrator.

Bath police, in cooperation with the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, arrested Graffam in connection with an investigation of prescription drug sales from his former home on Centre Street, Bath police Lt. Robert Savary said Thursday.

Police would not say how many pills Graffam was allegedly caught with or how he obtained them.

Graffam is scheduled to appear at a Bath Superior Court hearing at West Bath District Court on Jan. 14.
