BATH, Maine — A driver was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Bath on Wednesday night, police said.
Bath police and rescue crews responded at about 6:30 p.m. to the area of 468 High St, where the fatal accident occurred.
Police said that evidence indicated the white passenger vehicle was travelling south on High street, veered off the road at 468 High St., continued up the small hill and collided with a parked car in the driveway of 462 High St. The car ended up lodged in a nearby tree.
The deceased driver’s identity was not available at the time.
The crash is being investigated by the Bath Police Department.
