Two charged in vehicle, credit card theft

By Ryan McLaughlin, BDN Staff

BANGOR, Maine — Police have charged two local women in connection with a vehicle theft in which a credit card was allegedly stolen.

Lisa Subjoc, 19, is accused of theft and forgery and Laura Faloon, also 19, faces a theft charge, according to Bangor police Lt. Paul Edwards.

Police had been looking to question the women after a vehicle theft was reported near Walmart on Stillwater Avenue in early September, according to Edwards.

Surveillance images of the suspects had been released earlier this week by police.

Subjoc had allegedly used a stolen credit card at Walmart, resulting in the forgery charge. Edwards said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
