Paving projects set to begin throughout Bangor

BANGOR, Maine — Multiple street pavings will be occurring in Bangor over the next week, according to public works officials.

No parking will be allowed on the streets while paving is taking place, according to Bangor Public Works Director Dana Wardwell.

Starting on Monday, Boutelle Road will be paved from Hammond Street to Webster Avenue, while on Tuesday, paving work on Burleigh Road from Broadway to Essex Street will commence.

On July 8, work on Court Street from Ohio to Boynton streets will start. Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes.
