LINCOLN – Milton Joseph Ouellette Jr., 55, passed away June 13, 2013, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born July 12, 1957, in Bangor, the son of Milton J. Ouellette and Carol J. (LeClair) Ouellette.
Joe served in the Army and worked as a carpenter most of his life, specializing in cabinetry. Like his father, he enjoyed coin collecting, gardening and hunting. He was an avid fisherman, always bringing home a “catch” wherever he went. He spent many hours fishing with his dog, Lobo, his friends, nieces, nephews and their children.
Joe is survived by his mother, Carol Ouellette; daughter, Heather Ouellette; son, Corey Jimmo; stepson, Justin Galiher; sisters, Linda Pooler, and Sandra Leonard and her husband, Sheldon. He was very involved and loved by his many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and longtime friends. Joe was predeceased by his infant daughter, Anna Marie; brother, Paul Ouellette; and father, Milton J. Ouellette Sr.
An informal celebration of Joe’s life will be held 1-3 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at 126 Hoover Lane, Cambolassee Pond, (family camp) in Lincoln. His favorite place in the whole world was camp!
