BANGOR, Maine β€” Police went to a disorderly call in the parking lot of the Half Acre dance and nightclub shortly after drinking hours ended Sunday morning and ended up arresting a Bangor man who was not involved in the original complaint.

β€œHe was asked to leave and he refused,” Bangor police Sgt. Brad Johnston said of Seth Harris, 30.

Harris ignored police and was arrested at about 1:35 a.m. Sunday and charged with failure to disperse and refusing to submit to arrest, the sergeant said. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and later released, a jail official said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
