Mark Adam Ross

MACHIASPORT – God called him home Feb. 11, 2013 at an Ellsworth hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born March 7, 2004, in Ellsworth.
Mark was a loving boy, who’s laugh was contagious. His smile lit up the room, and there was not a girl he couldn’t charm. He was a third grader at Fort O’Brien School in Machiasport, and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Jennings B. and Patty Ann (McCombs) Ross; his siblings, Calvin, Ashley, Zoey, John, and Parker; paternal grandparents, Jennings and Betty Ross of Oregon; and maternal grandmother, Charlotte Gudgel of Colorado; many special friends and classmates; and special nurse friends, Karen Wood and Shelley Otto.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Fort O’Brien School. Online Condolences and memories may be shared with the Ross family by visiting their book of memories at www.mcclurefamilyfuneral.com.
