  2. No vulgarity, racial slurs, name-calling or personal attacks.
  3. People who harass others or joke about tragedies will be blocked.

    I have a sneaking suspicion that if we asked like it was important, 1-in-5 respondents would claim to have had their bottoms painted blue by space aliens. And if the numbers didn’t come out right, ‘analysts’ would re-jigger the meanings of ‘bottoms’ ‘blue’ and ‘space aliens’ until they did.

    At the bottom of all this, look for the grant program.
