Three women accused of possessing cocaine and suboxone, dealing oxycodone

BERWICK, Maine — Police arrested three suspects on a variety of drug-related charges Tuesday and made a fourth arrest Thursday afternoon.

On Tuesday at approximately 1:50 p.m., police and agents from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency made three arrests in the downtown area.

Police say Christina Desrosiers, 29, of Lebanon was charged by police with unlawful trafficking of oxycodone, a scheduled W drug, and unlawful possession of cocaine, a scheduled W drug.

Jamie Bohan, 29, of Somersworth, N.H., was charged with unlawful possession of suboxone, a scheduled W drug. She also had $709 in U.S. currency, according to police.

Also arrested was Crystal Herpst, 30, of Berwick on a charge of unlawful trafficking of oxycodone, a scheduled W drug.

On Thursday at approximately 2:20 p.m. police and members of the Maine DEA also arrested Justine Dyer, 25, of Berwick. Dyer was arrested on a warrant for two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. She was later transported to the York County Jail.

All four individuals are scheduled to appear in York County Superior Court on Dec. 12.
