Paul Haley

CARIBOU – Paul Haley, 80, died Oct. 30, 2012, in Caribou. He was born April 27, 1932, in Caribou, son of the late William and Cleo (Radcliff) Haley.
Mr. Haley was a graduate of Caribou High School and served with the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1956. He was a member of Henry B. Pratt Post 15 American Legion and enjoyed playing golf, building model boats and was known to play a “mean” game of pool in his day.
He is survived by his daughter, Leslie Hunter of North Carolina; a dear friend and former spouse, Susan Trollinger of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Madison and Brooke Hunter; a niece, Paula Famer and her husband, Raymond, of Wiscasset; and a nephew, Bill Haley and his family of Vinalhaven Island. Mr. Haley was predeceased by a brother, Blair.
Memorial services with military honors will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the chapel of Mockler Funeral Home with Pastor Ellen Cleaves officiating. Interment will take place at Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou.
