4 vehicles involved in chain-reaction crash in Rockland

Rockland police Officer Lloyd Daniels examines the damage to one of four vehicles involved in a chain-reaction crash shortly after 10:30 a.m. Thursday on Main Street near the intersection of North Main Street. Two women in separate vehicles were being examined by emergency medical crews, although none of the injuries appeared to be serious. Damage was extensive to two of the vehicles. Traffic continued to be rerouted around the section of Main Street as of 11 a.m.

ROCKLAND, Maine — A four-vehicle, chain-reaction crash in Rockland on Thursday morning injured at least two women, according to police. The crash occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Main Street near the intersection of North Main Street. Two women in separate vehicles were being examined by emergency medical crews, although none of the injuries appeared to be serious. Damage was extensive to two of the vehicles. Traffic was being rerouted around the section of Main Street as of 11 a.m.
