Anything that makes camp chores easier and “less sloppy” gets my wife’s vote as must-have camp equipment.
When she spotted the Rinse&Chop, a hinged chopping board, she bought it.
The plastic cutting board is for chopping, of course. But when it is folded, it creates a strainer at one end and a chute at the other for rinsing.
All you have to do is fold and lock the board into position to rinse veggies. When you open and flatten it, you can use it for chopping stuff like onions. When you fold it again, you can easily pour the food into a pan.
It sure eliminates having food flying all over the picnic table at camp.
Cost: $15. For more info, visit josephjoseph.com/plastic-chopping-boards/rinse-and-chop.
