    Once you do the study on your property it will be on your clue report for the rest of time.  weather you clean it up or not… You won’t be able to sell your property because of discisclosurer laws. You Insurance preminums will skyrocket or you might not be able to insure it at all. and NO Bank will  lend anyone money to buy the property…
    OHHHHH The far reaching hand of good intention..

      Of course, yes.  Better to just sweep anything you know about the property under the rug and sell it to the next sap, preferably somebody from away.

        Nope!!!…Once you know of an issue then you should speak up!!   I prefer not to know, you couldn’t  pay me enough to have the tests done…
