    She has no criminal record…unless you count the arson charges…and quite frankly the fact that she has severe mental health issues would seem to count as a reason to NOT reduce her bail.

    Sigh. The judicial sytem in this state is so bass-ackwards it’s unbelievable.

  • So — how many people did she almost kill?  Doesn’t that count too?  Attempted murder?  This woman is dangerous.
