3 teens arrested for breaking into Mass. school where they drank alcohol

BRAINTREE, Mass. — Braintree police say they have arrested three teenagers for breaking into an elementary school where they drank alcohol.

Police responded to a burglar alarm at the Ross Elementary School late Saturday night.

Officers entered the building where they found a 16-year-old Braintree boy and two Weymouth youths ages 16 and 14 sitting in a classroom and sharing a bottle of alcohol.

The boys fled but two were caught at the scene. The third turned himself into police later.

The Patriot Ledger reports that they face charges including breaking and entering, trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and being under 21 in possession of alcohol.
