Crosby claims Little Enduro victory at Speedway 95


HERMON — Andrew Crosby wasted no time grabbing the lead on the second lap, then held the front position on his way to a Little Enduro feature victory during Wacky Wednesday stock car racing at Speedway 95.

Crosby finished a quarter-lap in front of runner-up Jeremy Scott of Carmel to prevail in a 20-car field. Ted Ryder of Carmel earned a top-three finish, his first of 2011, while Garett Hayman of Milford and points leader Darren Durrell of Newburgh wound up fourth and fifth, respectively.

Next week will bring to a close the Wacky Wednesday racing season, with the program set to begin at 7 p.m.
