Unicycler heading west to benefit Red Cross

PORTLAND, Maine — Bob Mueller of Oakland will embark upon a 3,600-mile, trans-U.S. unicycle ride in support of the American Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund, “Bob Across America,” at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, at the Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth. He will depart the Portland area determined to arrive on the West Coast near Portland, Oregon by mid-August.
