LAKE WALES, Fla. – Colin Ciomei hit a pinch-hit single with two outs in the seventh inning to drive in Jake Arthers from third and lead Husson University of Bangor past Washington College of Chestertown, Maryland 8-7 in a college baseball game Wednesday.
The Eagles wrapped up their Florida trip with an 8-5 record.
Ethan Guerrette hit a double, two singles and scored two runs for Husson. Kyle Vanidestine added two doubles and a single. Tom Crews hit two singles and knocked in two runs. Jake Arthers singled twice and Shawn Smith doubled and singled.
Nick Marinelli led Washington with a double, two singles and two RBIs. Ian Remington chipped in a double, two singles and two runs scored.

Chris Campbell drove in Sam Butts on a single in the first for the Monks.
