By Heather Steeves, BDN Staff

WARREN, Maine — Pneumonia killed a prisoner at the Bolduc Correctional Facility, according to an autopsy performed Tuesday.

Ryan Allan Calor, 29, of Northfield was found dead in his cell during a morning count of prisoners at the Warren minimum security prison, according to Denise Lord, associate commissioner of the Maine Department of Corrections.

Calor was incarcerated recently at the prison. He was serving a  three-year sentence for burglary and was expected to be released in February 2014, Lord said in an e-mailed statement issued Tuesday.

The state police are investigating the matter.
