UMPI ceramics students to display work

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — An artwork display of University of Maine at Presque Isle first-level ceramics students will open to the public on Friday, March 4, at the Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library.

The exhibit is a celebration of ceramics pieces created by students during the fall semester. The show will be displayed during March.

An opening reception for the ceramics show is part of the Presque Isle First Friday Downtown Art Walk planned for March 4 and will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. For information on either the ceramics show or the First Friday Art Walk, contact UMPI assistant professor of fine art Renee Felini by e-mail at Renee.Felini@umpi.edu.
