FARMINGTON — Emma Deans scored an unassisted goal in overtime Wednesday afternoon to power the University of Maine-Farmington to a 3-2 field hockey victory over Thomas College of Waterville.
Hattie Laliberte scored in the first half and assisted Elise Theirault’s second-half goal. Samantha Webster had the assist on Laliberte’s goal 13:10 into the first half for the 11-4 Beavers. Sarah Brown stopped two of four shots.
Kristin Masessa and Sarah Estes scored for 5-9 Thomas. Ali Kriegel had an assist. Megan Denby turned away 24 of 33 shots.
Plymouth State 3, Southern Maine 2 (OT)
At Gorham, Jackie Morin knocked in the winner off a Kristina Conroy assist with 3:45 remaining in overtime to complete a Plymouth State University rally past the University of Southern Maine.
PSU’s Lauren Bergeron and Conroy scored unassisted goals in the second half to erase a 2-0 Huskies lead. Hilary Lemelin stopped one of five shots for the 9-5 Panthers.
Kailey Bubier and Whitney McDaniel had unassisted goals for the 5-12 Huskies. Kayla Kennedy made 15 saves off 31 shots.
Endicott 2, St. Joseph’s 1 (2OT)
At Standish, Alexandra Parese scored off a Taylor Matties assist in the second overtime as Endicott defeated Saint Joseph’s.
Joanne Reid scored with an assist from Parese 18:47 into the first half to give 10-6 Endicott the early lead. Taylor Teixeira stopped eight of nine shots.
Kayla Nowell scored off a Alyssa Dunn assist as 22:16 to tie it for the 10-4 Monks. Meaghan Johnson had seven saves off nine shots.
Bowdoin 4, Husson 0
At Bangor, Katie Herter scored two goals in the first half as Bowdoin College of Brunswick shut out Husson College.
Emily French and Lauren Schroeder added goals for 12-0 Bowdoin. Olivia King and Ingrid Oelschlager both assisted Herter’s goals. Kayla Lessard saved all four shots.
Kristen Capen turned away 13 of 17 shots for 7-5 Husson.
Colby 1, U-New England 0
At Biddeford, Meryl Poulin scored an unassisted goal in the second half to lead Colby College of Waterville past the University of New England.
Liz Fontaine saved eight of 11 shots for 5-7 Colby.
Ayla Nelson made seven saves off 12 shots for the 9-5 Nor’easters.

Brandeis 1, Bowdoin 0
At Waltham, Mass., Kelly Peterson headed in a corner kick from Taryn Martinello 31:32 into the first half as Brandeis University held on to beat Bowdoin College of Brunswick.
Francine Kofinas stopped all six shots for 11-3-1 Brandeis.
Kat Flaherty made six saves off seven shots for 5-5-2 Bowdoin.
Men’s soccer
Bates 3, Husson 0
At Bangor, Patrick Jackson scored a goal and assisted the other two in leading Bates College of Lewiston past Husson University.
Ethan Hirschberg and Ryan March also scored for 4-7-1 Bates. Tyler Dewdney made an assist as Greg Watts and Brian Goldberg combined to save all four shots.
Mason Smith turned away seven of 10 shots for 3-12 Husson.
UM-Farmington 2, Thomas 1 (OT)
At Waterville, Viktor Nilsson scored on a penalty kick to tie it late in the second half and he scored the winner in overtime on a penalty kick to lift the University of Maine at Farmington over Thomas College.
Tennessee Peters saved two of three shots for the 7-4-4 Beavers.
Keenen Hoedemaker scored off a Chimdike Okorie assist in the second half to give 8-5-2 Thomas a 1-0 lead. Mikkail Crockwell made five saves off seven shots.
Suffolk 2, St. Joseph’s 1
At Standish, Ben Rollins headed in a loose ball in the second half to break the 1-1 tie and power Suffolk University past Saint Joseph’s College.
Nick Cugine scored an unassisted goal to tie it for 8-6-1 Suffolk. Matt Esposito saved four of five shots.
Tyler Rand put the 6-8-2 Monks up 1-0 at 21:53 into the first half off a Teddy Palmer assist. Nick Campasano turned away eight of 10 shots.
