BELFAST, Maine — A Lincolnville woman was arrested Tuesday on one charge of harassment and another charge of disorderly conduct and offensive words and gestures stemming from an incident Feb. 14.

Officer Roy Smith of the Belfast Police Department arrested Angelina Rock, 33, on charges related to an incident about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 14, according to Police Chief Jeff Trafton.

“It was a drunk and disorderly, basically,” Trafton said Wednesday.

Rock had a protection-from-harassment order placed on her by another woman in January.

On Feb. 14, Rock allegedly yelled obscenities at the woman who sought the protection order when they were both outside a local bar. As the other woman was entering a cab, Rock allegedly made a lewd gesture and shouted at her and at one point threatened to beat her up, according to a police official.

After being arrested on a warrant, Rock was taken to the Waldo County Jail, from which she has been released on bail.
