BONITA GAGNON

CARIBOU – Bonita Gagnon, 63, wife of the late Gary P. Gagnon, died Feb. 8, 2010, in Asheboro, N.C. She was born Dec. 23, 1946, in Caribou, the daughter of Elbridge and Edna (Brown) Drake. She was a graduate of Caribou High School and was employed as a certified nurse’s aide for many years until her retirement. Surviving in addition to her mother of Woodland, are one son, Gary Gagnon Jr. of Presque Isle; one daughter, Heather Gallagher of Siler City, N.C.; one brother, Travis Drake of Machias; and five grandchildren, Casey, Kyle, Shawn, Philip and Jonas. She was predeceased by a son, Toby. Graveside services will be held in the spring at Woodland Cemetery and will be announced in the Bangor Daily News at a later date by Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.
