HAMPDEN – Mrs. Beverly J. Pelletier, 63, died Feb. 12, 2010, in Bangor. She was born Jan. 31, 1947, in Island Falls, the daughter of Wallace and Marion (Allen) Brackett. Beverly graduated from Stearns High School in 1965 and Westbrook College in 1967 as a registered nurse. She lived and worked in Millinocket for many years at Millinocket Community Hospital and White Birch Medical Center, and was very active in the local chamber of commerce, Rotary, American Legion and Millinocket Emblem Club. After raising her family she and her husband, Levi, moved to Hampden. Her most rewarding work was at the children’s unit of Acadia Hospital, where she retired from. She is survived by a son, Todd and his wife, Meaghan Falone, of Hudson; one daughter, Kimm and her husband, Terry Kenniston, of Hampden; and seven grandchildren, Samantha, Caralyn, Kayla, Alyson, Katelyn, Shawn and Jody. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Levi. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at St. Matthews Catholic Church, Hampden. Interment will be in the spring in Millinocket. In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations to the children’s unit at Acadia Hospital, 268 Stillwater Ave., Bangor, ME 04401.
