MATTAWAMKEAG – Agnes Mushero, 77, died Jan. 30, 2010, with her family by her side at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Sept. 24, 1932, in Lincoln, the daughter of Clayton and Grace (York) Jones. She is survived by two sisters, Mae Hatch of Howland and Claudette and Les Detrick of Medway; six children, Albert Mushero and Beverly of Winn, Tommy and Val of Lincoln, Don Sr. and Laura of Milford, Larry and Anna of Mattawamkeag, Carolyn of Lincoln and Don Jr. and Velvet of Lincoln; grandchildren, Crystal and Justin of Greenbush, Heather and Peter of Chester, Tommy and Michelle of Lincoln, Larry Jr. and Tonya of Mattawamkeag, Shelly and James of Lincoln, Tania of Lincoln, Grace Savage of Enfield, Susan and Chris Doughty of Lincoln, Dawn Mushero of Milford, Timmy of Orono, Agnes Marie of Orono, Travis and Cathy of Lincoln; and 18 special great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Mushero; one son, Timmy Mushero; brothers and sisters, Jennie Lee, Bernard, Clayton, Sumner, Stillman, George, Henry, Tommy, Milton and Austin Chandler. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Dave Chicoine officiating.
