CLINICIAN – Children Residential Full-time The Residential Clinician provides family/individual/group based treatment to clients and their families in a residential setting. Assesses the clinical component of services provided, ensuring quality supports and services are provided. Develop therapeutic relationships with children and families, with ongoing assessment of child and family needs. Complete assessments and individual treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision to Direct Support staff. Candidates must possess a high energy level and like working with younger children. Ability to work effectively as a team leader/member. LCPC, LCPC conditional, LCSW or LMSW conditional licensure required. Three years experience providing therapy to young children and families. One year of supervisory experience.
