GREENVILLE JUNCTION and ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Jim Conley, formerly of Greenville Junction, passed away April 29, 2009, at home, after a valiant fight against cancer. Jim was born May 18, 1942, the son of Priscilla Conley and the late Gene Conley, formerly of Greenville. Jim graduated from Greenville High in 1960 and the University of Maine in 1964. A mechanical engineer, Jim worked for Pratt & Whitney, Colt Firearms and Emerson Electric. Jim’s passion was his family. He also enjoyed cooking and the Cardinals. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Karen Conley of St. Charles, Mo.; cherished daughters, Erin Conley and Lindsay Quinn; much loved stepchildren, Mike Weber, Dann Weber and Kelli Skaggs; and seven beloved grandchildren. Jim also leaves behind his mother, Priscilla Conley; and sister, Betty and her husband, Jack Donovan, both of Bangor. He is also survived by many relatives and friends, including a special niece, Karin Tonello of Scarborough. Jim was predeceased by daughter, Tiffany; and father, Gene Conley. Graveside services were held May 2 at Friedens UCC Cemetery, St. Charles, Mo. We love and will miss you, “Jimbo.”
