EAGLE LAKE – Alice (Freeman) Errichetto, 96, died April 20, 2009, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born Nov. 9, 1912, at Eagle Lake, the daughter of Patrick and Edith (Bouchard) Freeman. Alice was very active in many organizations in her community. Everybody remembers Alice in her white jeep accompanied by her little dog. You never saw Alice sitting around, she was always gardening, farming, hunting or fishing. She was truly one of God’s angels. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Errichetto in 1977. She is survived by her daughter, Edwina Marzano and her husband, Peter, of Eagle Lake; one grandson, David Marzano and his girlfriend, Vicky Avens, of Eagle Lake; one sister, Pauline Scott of Nangatuck, Conn.; many nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no viewing at the funeral home. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Friday, April 24, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake. Spring burial will be May 8 at the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, care of St. John Vianney Parish, 26 East Main St., Fort Kent, ME 04743. Arrangements are a service of Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
