At least 5 dogs die in fire

ARUNDEL, Maine — Officials say at least five dogs died in a fire at a kennel in Arundel, Maine.

The fire broke out Friday night at Superior Kennels and spread from one small building to another. Firefighters brought it under control before it reached a house on the site.

Officials told the Portland Press Herald they aren’t sure how many dogs died. No people were hurt.
