AUGUSTA, Maine — The Maine Warden Service says a Limerick man has been arrested on a count of furnishing alcohol to a minor prior to a hit-and-run snowmobile incident in December 2007 in Limerick.
Officials said 39-year-old David Sanborn was taken into custody Saturday.
The arrest warrant was issued from York County Superior Court.
The Class C felony count carries a maximum penalty of up to five years in jail and a $5,000 fine.
