WALLACE M. HAYCOCK

CALAIS – Wallace M. Haycock, 94, of Calais, died April 26, 2004, at a Calais hospital. Wallace was born May 12, 1909, in Milltown, New Brunswick, the son of Roscoe and Mattie (MacLeod) Haycock. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. Wallace was employed as a lab technician with United Technology in Connecticut, where he assisted in designing airplanes. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Calais. Wallace was predeceased by two sisters. Surviving are his dear friends, Robert Brackett and Madge Gibson, both of Calais; neighbors and friends. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Monday in St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, New Brunswick, with the Rev. William Lee officiating. Arrangements by Scott-Wilson Funeral Home, Calais.
