Julie is the daughter of Rochelle Titcomb of Abbot and the late Charles Titcomb. Scott is the son of Bert and Alyce Dyer of North New Portland and the late Michael Mullins. The wedding party included Heidys Campbell of Tampa, Fla., friend of the bride, as matron of honor Erin Bridges of Guilford, cousin of the bride, Terri Mullins of Bangor, sister of the groom, Amy Smith of Hermon, friend of the bride, Kassy Wakefield of Harmony, friend of the bride, and Karen Smith of Dover-Foxcroft, friend of the bride, as bridesmaids Maddy Bridge of Nellysford, Va., cousin of the bride, as flower girl Arlen Jameson of Bangor, friend of the groom, as best man Chuck Titcomb of Clarksville, Tenn., brother of the bride, Tyler Mullins of Bangor, son of the groom, Mark Wirta of Bangor, friend of the groom, Bert Dyer of North New Portland, stepfather of the groom, and Jeff Brown of Brewer, friend of the groom, as groomsmen and Robert Cameron of Brewer, nephew of the groom, as ring bearer. Readings were done by Barbara Morin, grandmother of the bride, and Rusty Willette, friend of the bride. Julie is a 1996 graduate of Piscataquis Community High School in Guilford and a 2001 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She is employed in sales services at Creative Print Services. Scott is a 1990 graduate of Bangor High School and is employed as a salesman at Quirk Hyundai. The couple honeymooned in Jackson, N.H., and resides in Bangor.
