Thirty years later, Bangor still remembers Charlie Howard

The Unitarian Universalist Society of Bangor held a special service Sunday to remember Charlie Howard, who died 30 years ago. Afterward the service, attendees walked from the church on Park Street to the State Street bridge, where Howard was killed, to drop flowers into the Kenduskeag Stream.
