Scenes from snowmobile trails in Newport, Maine

By Aislinn Sarnacki, BDN Staff

This video was taken on Jan. 3, 2018. Starting at Newport and heading north, the 29-mile Four Seasons Adventure Trail — open to snowmobilers, cross-country skiers, dog sledders and snowshoers in the winter  — connects the communities of Newport, Corinna, Dexter, Sangerville and Dover-Foxcroft. In addition, snowmobile trails converging in Newport travel west, east and south, leading to a number of Maine towns including Rangeley, east to Winterport and south to Augusta.
