Remembering Charlie Howard

People dropped flowers into the water of the Kenduskeag Stream in memory of Charlie Howard, an openly gay man who drowned when was thrown into the water by three teenage boys in 1984. The boys attacked Howard and threw him over the railing because he was gay.
