Comments for: Plymouth residents voice concerns about DEP odor limits

Rep. Kenneth Fredette, R-Newport, met with six Plymouth residents on Friday to discuss odor complaints for Plymouth-based Soil Preparation Inc. and new draft DEP rules for detecting odors from septage and wastewater treatment sludge processors.
