Food trucks come to Portland

Joseph Urtuzuastegui applies the finishing touches to a Sonoran hot dog in the El Corazon food truck parked on Spring Street in Portland recently. The $2.50 item comes topped with bacon, cheese, pinto beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, mayo and mustard.
