Flash mob surprises former Bangor Police Chief Don Winslow

Former Bangor police chief Don Winslow was surprised Tuesday by a flash mob on the Bangor Waterfront that unfolded in front of him and his wife, Dora. Winslow, who has lung cancer, recently decided to stop treatment in order to enjoy the time he has left.
