Early opening for Maine bars and pubs this Sunday for St. Patrick’s Day

Gov. Paul LePage said he had changed his mind and would sign a bill allowing bars and pubs to serve liquor at 6 a.m. on Sunday if St. Patrick's Day falls on that day, as it does this year. Paddy Murphy's owner John Dobbs said that he is glad their business hours will remain the same on their busiest day of the year.
