Downeast Lakes Land Trust culvert project

Officials with Downeast Lakes Land Trust have completed a new project with several partners and support from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that they say has the potential to be a model for cost-effective restoration of aquatic habitat. It involves installing a concrete arch structure on Billy Brown Brook, a small tributary to Grand Lake Stream.
