A 40-minute bus ride is too far

Senate President Justin Alfond rides Portland's number five bus from downtown to South Portland Tuesday where the state wants to move DHHS offices. Alfond, along with many city officials and homeless advocates, opposes the move, saying it's too far from the department's client base.
