Sea Dog Ticket Contest Rules and Explanation

Like the past winter season, the BDN is requiring that all high school events be reported to its website or via email by coaches or those designated by coaches to report their game or match info.  Those involved with high school sports using the Heal point system — baseball, softball and tennis — simply need to go to and report scores and highlights. Coaches are encouraged to report the information or to designate a person to report their team’s info.  Coaches of all other spring high school sports or those involved with other local sports such as youth baseball/softball and golf are required to email their info. Info sent via fax or reported via phone will not guarantee that the info is published on the BDN website and newspaper. To do so, it must be submitted to the BDN website or emailed to the BDN.  Two high school teams which do the best job of reporting games and highlights over the next few weeks will receive free tickets to a Portland Sea Dogsgame on Monday, May 28.  Those seeking more information may send an email to  Each reported game is considered an entry.  Only coaches or those designated by coaches can report games. The winning team name will be drawn at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 18.  A total of 25 tickets to the May 28th Portland Sea Dog game will be deilvered to 2 teams.  A list of winners will be available by e-mailing . No cash equivalent will be awarded. Winners will be contacted via phone, mail or e-mail and agree to accept conditions of contest. Employees of Bangor Publishing Co. Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter to win. Bangor Publishing Co. Inc. reserves the right to end or extend the contest or change prize values at any time.
