ORLAND — Tracy Blisse Collins and Adam Wyatt Lacher exchanged wedding vows on Oct. 1, 2011, at the Belfast Boathouse, Belfast. Collins is the daughter of Kathryn Collins of Brewer and Thomas Collins of Bangor, while Lacher is the son of Tammy Lacher Scully and Jack Scully of Belfast, and Andy and Kimberly Lacher of Bucksport.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and serves as an assistant district attorney at the District V Attorney’s Office in Bangor. The groom is a 2004 graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, and is the underwriting manager and publications director at WERU-FM in Orland.
The bride’s attendants were her lifelong friend Kara Jones of Orrington as matron of honor, along with her sister Lindsay Collins of Brewer and her friend Meghann Gipson of Minot. The groom was attended by his best man, lifelong friend Jeffery McCarter of Monroe, and his friends Gabe Allen of Bangor and Patrick Quinn of Topsham. Mary Anne Driscoll of Belfast performed the ceremony, with readings by the bride’s aunt Theresa Slowikowski of Hixson, Tenn.; the groom’s father Andy Lacher of Bucksport; and the groom’s longtime family friend Kris Stephens of Palisade, Colo. Kathryn Collins, the bride’s mother, walked her daughter down the aisle.
After a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Lacher are residing in Orland.
