African penguins gather to keep warm as others are fed sardines by staff at the South African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds after they were recently found covered in oil on Robben Island, Cape Town, South Africa, Thursday, Sept  20, 2012. Some 200 penguins were found covered in oil after a spill by a stricken bulk carrier and are being cared for by the foundation as they recuperate, with food and medical care provided for until their possible release next Thursday.
