PORTLAND – Heather Dawn Tolman and Derek Lance Chase were united in marriage on Sept. 26, 2009, during a beautiful ceremony at Woodfords Congregational Church in Portland with the Rev. Bruce Young of First United Methodist Church of Lincoln officiating. The reception was held at Eastland Park Hotel in Portland. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip and Betty Tolman of Lincoln, is a graduate of Mattanawcook Academy and received degrees at St. Joseph’s College and the University of Southern Maine. She is employed as a nurse practitioner in Yarmouth. The groom, son of Gerald and Anne Chase of Farmingdale, is a graduate of Hall-Dale High School and St. Joseph’s College. He is employed by Cintas Corp. The couple resides in their home in Portland.
