The mushers and dog sled teams of the Can-Am Crown 250-mile dog race endure three days of cold weather, fatigue and sleep deprivation. The trail offers few comforts, but the mushers and their teams battle through the adversity. Above is a collection of portraits taken from the trail as the mushers competed in the race this past weekend.
