Truck driver Haley Collins said that he was traveling from Milford to Eddington on Route 9 when a passenger car crossed the center line, causing a collision. Penobscot County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheriff Daren Mason said that the driver and passenger of the car sustained injuries but that they were not life-threatening.

"It's the city that's doing all the damage," Julien continued who, like many others living at the inn long-term, has no where to go in the wake of storm damage to the building. The City of Brewer contemned the motel Wednesday and the inn's managers asked tenants to return their keys and move out.
