Youth Exhibit: Model Trains

– Eight-year-old Blue Hill resident Leif Ray will show model and toy trains from his collection in the Blue Hill Library’s Larchwood Cases during September and October. Leif’s interest in trains began at an early age and he started collecting them as a toddler. Also a fan of life-sized trains, he has been on the Downeast Scenic Railroad in Ellsworth many times and even has had 3 birthday parties on the train. He rides trains in other places whenever he gets the chance, and recently took the Metro in Washington, DC.

Included in the exhibit will be a model train that Leif put together himself. The exhibit will be available for viewing during regular Library hours through the end of October. For more information call Pat at 374-5515.
